3 Booked in Vandalizing 250 Vehicles’ Windows

Three people who told police they got a kick out of the sound of popping glass have been arrested for allegedly shooting out the back windows of about 250 sport utility vehicles in the San Gabriel Valley.
Brian Ashby, 20, and Amanda Dakai, 25, both of Glendora, and John Chiriamonte, 18, of Covina were booked on suspicion of felony vandalism in connection with the BB gun shootings over the May 13 weekend, according to Glendora Police Det. Jaimie Caldwell.
No one was injured in the vandalism.
