When “they” said there was a gas shortage, I conserved. They raised the prices, and the prices stayed that way. When they said there was a water shortage, I conserved. They raised the prices, and the prices stayed that way. Now there is an electrical shortage, and they have raised the prices. I expect that they will stay that way.
So thanks, President Bush. Just mail my so-called refund to Texas for your friends.
How arrogant this president is, to think we are so dumb that we cant see the money trail.
