Huntington Officer’s Bail Still $150,000
An Orange County judge on Thursday rejected attorneys’ pleas to change bail for a Huntington Beach police officer accused of molesting a teenage girl.
Judge Charles Margines ruled that Officer Mark Trachman, 36, should remain held in lieu of $150,000 bail, district attorney’s spokeswoman Tori Richards said.
Trachman’s attorney, John Barnett, wanted his bail reduced and prosecutors wanted it raised.
Trachman, 36, faces four felony counts of performing lewd acts on a child.
