Plan Ahead: Next Weekend

* Street Fair--Ventura’s 26th annual Fourth of July Street Fair will return to Main Street between First Street and Ventura Avenue. The event will begin with the popular Pushem-Pullem Parade at 10 a.m. The street fair features music and entertainment on several stages, food booths from more than 40 vendors, square-dancing, balloons and puppeteers. * Fireworks--The Rotary Club of Ventura and Ventura College will present its eighth annual July 4 fireworks display at the college. Gates will open at 5 p.m. for picnicking, live entertainment, strolling performers, contests, food and more.
