Westlake North Business Park Opens 60% Leased

Investment Development Services of Los Angeles and Seattle-based Kennedy Associates Real Estate Counsel have opened their Westlake North Business Park, a 330,000-square-foot office park along Russell Ranch Road north of the Ventura Freeway and east of Lindero Canyon Road.

About 60% of the space in the $50-million project is already leased, according to David Saeta, a principal at IDS. The project was designed by AHT Architects of Santa Monica. Tenants that have signed leases in the new buildings include Homestore.com, Genuity Solutions Inc., Thorson & Associates Insurance Services, Allied Interstate Inc. and Re/Max Olson.
