* Jody Dreyer has been named to the new position of senior vice president, corporate public service for Walt Disney Co., Burbank.

Dreyer will oversee Disney’s employee VoluntEARS initiatives worldwide; corporate community relations and contributions; and the Disney Learning Partnership, which supports and funds creative teaching strategies, teacher recognition and professional development.

* Heinz Oliver Landgraf has been named managing director of European operations for Need2Buy, Westlake Village. Landgraf will manage Need2Buy’s operations throughout Europe, including deployment of the company’s expansion strategy, sales and marketing programs and business development activities. He will be based in Munich, Germany.

Need2Buy provides Internet- based procurement solutions for the electronic components industry.

* David Archambault has been promoted to president and chief executive officer of B3 Corp. He will continue to oversee management and development of the company.

B3 Corp. provides Internet business services for banks and large corporations.

* R. Jeff Macartney has joined VenServ Inc., Agoura Hills, as chief financial officer. VenServ provides Web-based product financing services.

* Edie Edwards has been named director of sales with Archion, Studio City. Edwards will be responsible for expanding sales and promoting the company’s products.

Archion provides high-capacity digital storage systems to the entertainment industry.

* Easyriders Inc., Agoura Hills, announced that John Martin has resigned as the company’s chairman. The directors designated by Martin under a 1998 shareholder agreement, Daniel Gallery, Wayne Knyal and William Prather, also resigned. The remaining directors elected Joseph Teresi as the new chairman. Teresi is the company’s largest shareholder and chief executive of its principal subsidiary, Paisano Publications.
