Capel Resigns at Old Dominion

Old Dominion Coach Jeff Capel resigned. Capel, 47, had a 122-98 record during seven seasons with the Monarchs, which included Colonial Athletic Assn. titles in 1995 and 1997. This year’s team was 13-18.
