* The decision by the Supreme Court allowing the Legal Services Corp. to sue the government over welfare payments is outrageous (March 1).
Fortunately, there is a simple solution: Abolish the LSC. This out-of-control legal juggernaut was created by Congress, and Congress can de-fund and abolish it whenever it chooses. Indeed, abolition of the LSC would kill two birds with one stone. It would rid us of this reprehensible nest of leftist lawyers and send a message to the Supreme Court, reminding it of which branch of government makes the laws.
