* “This Is Our Youth,” a play by Kenneth Lonergan (an Academy Award nominee for “You Can Count on Me”) set among twentysomething New Yorkers in 1982, opens April 13 at the Plays & Players Theatre, 1714 Delancey St. Ends May 13. (215) 985-1400.

* The Philadelphia Museum of Art opens the exhibition “Leaves of Gold: Treasures of Illuminated Manuscripts From the Philadelphia Collections” on Saturday, through May 13.
