* Clifford Cos. of Newport Beach acquired a 387,868-square-foot business park bounded by 2300-2330 Raymer Ave., 501-540 Airpark Drive and 2356 Moore Ave. in Fullerton for $19.4 million from a fund managed by CB Richard Ellis. Louis Tomaselli and Mitch Zehner of Voit Commercial Brokerage represented both parties.

* Legacy Partners Commercial Inc., in partnership with ING Realty, acquired a 99,214-square-foot office building at 3330 Cahuenga Blvd. in Universal City from California Credit Union. The parties did not disclose the purchase price, but real estate sources estimate it is more than $18 million. John Minervini of Cushman & Wakefield’s Los Angeles office represented the buyer and the seller.

* Industry-based Fort James Paper Co. signed a five-year, $18- million lease for a two-building distribution center at 5155 and 5165 Chino Hills Parkway in the Spectrum South development in Chino Hills. Thomas Taylor and Clyde Stauff of Colliers Seeley International represented the tenant. Spectrum South was represented by Kevin McCarthy of Majestic Realty.

* An investment partnership affiliated with Shaoul Levy of Santa Monica has acquired Broadway West, a combination of 48 luxury apartments and 21,000 square feet of commercial space at 902-934 Broadway in Santa Monica for $13.6 million from Broadway West General Partnership of Santa Monica, developer of the project. Joseph Gabbaian of Grubb & Ellis and Kathleen MacDougall of KHM Management represented both parties.
