The average price of gasoline in Southern California declined for the fourth consecutive month, dropping 10 cents to $1.60 for a gallon of self-serve regular unleaded, according to the Automobile Club of Southern California. The club’s monthly Fuel Gauge Report, released Tuesday, is based on a survey of 2,800 gas stations.
