Hop a plane for San Francisco to see the spectacular Flower & Garden Show, held at the Cow Palace (2600 Geneva Ave.), just minutes from the airport. The show runs for five days, from March 21-25, 9 a.m.-6:30 p.m., except for Friday and Saturday, when it is open until 9 p.m. There are 22 big indoor designed gardens in the main auditorium and some 400 commercial exhibitors in other buildings.
