* Kmart Corp. said it named Mark Schwartz as president and chief operating officer after Andy Giancamilli resigned. Giancamilli, 50, left to pursue other interests, a company spokeswoman said. Schwartz, 40, joined the retailer in September as executive vice president of store operations.
