The Huntington Beach restaurant operator posted a fourth-quarter profit on a hefty increase in revenue. The company said it earned $769,000, or 10 cents a share, contrasted with a net loss of $171,000, or 1 cent a share, for the year-earlier period. Revenue increased 61% to $15 million. For the year, net income rose to $1.9 million, or 25 cents a share, from $390,000, or 5 cents a share, for 1999. The 2000 results included $1.5 million in restaurant closure costs and a net tax benefit of $1.5 million. Revenue rose 40% to $52.3 million.
