Santa Ana Court Service Files for Bankruptcy

Esquire Communications Ltd., a Santa Ana court reporting service, said Monday it has ceased operations and filed a bankruptcy petition to sell all remaining assets. Its top officers also resigned.

The company previously sold its professional staffing businesses to TMP Worldwide Inc. for $11 million and turned the proceeds over to its lenders. Remaining assets were surrendered to Antares Capital Corp. as agent for the company’s lender group.
