Fox visit--A photo caption in Friday’s Times incorrectly explained a placard displayed Thursday at an appearance by Mexican President Vicente Fox. The agreement referred to was a negotiation between the Mexican government and the Zapatista rebels, not one between the Mexican and U.S. governments.
