The Brea metal distributor said net income for the fourth quarter was $1.1 million, which included $5.3 million in nonrecurring charges primarily related to an organizational restructuring. A year earlier, the company earned $14.7 million. Revenue for the quarter ended March 31 increased 1% to $270.9 million. Net income for the year dropped 26% to $17.8 million from $24 million the previous fiscal year. Revenue gained 13% to $1.1 billion.
