Columbia TriStar Promotes Three Senior Executives

Columbia TriStar Home Entertainment has promoted three senior executives and created a worldwide marketing group.

Robin Russell, formerly executive vice president, was named senior executive vice president and general manager. Russell will continue to oversee the worldwide business and legal affairs area and now will be responsible for worldwide administration.

Lexine Wong was promoted to the newly created position of executive vice president of worldwide marketing. She previously served as senior vice president of international marketing. She now will supervise all domestic as well as international marketing for the company.

Marshall Forster was promoted to the newly created position of executive vice president, North America. Forster, who had been senior vice president of sales, will continue to oversee all sales activities and administration for North America.

Liz Skoler has been promoted to the newly created position of vice president, co-productions for MTV. She will be based in New York. Skoler’s responsibilities will include finding global co-production partners for MTV’s long-form show. She most recently served as vice president, business affairs for MTV.

Pam Furlong has joined Wet Seal Inc. in Foothill Ranch as vice president of human resources, corporate and stores. She had been with Watson Pharmaceuticals in Corona. Liz Mulligan was promoted from divisional merchandise manager of tops and outerwear to vice president of merchandising.

Scott Cebula has been appointed vice president, information services for Memorial Health Services, overseeing the five-hospital health-care system in Orange and Los Angeles counties. Cebula had been executive director of information services.
