Cahill Named Vice Chairman at Univision

Univision Communications Inc. said Robert Cahill was named vice chairman. Cahill will continue to serve as corporate secretary of the Los Angeles-based operator of the nation’s top Spanish-language television network. He also is general counsel and executive vice president at investment firm Chartwell Partners.

Manufacturers Bank has named Charles D. Kenny president and chief operating officer. Kenny has held several positions at Manufacturers Bank, most recently chief administrative officer and executive vice president. Before joining Manufacturers Bank in 1996, Kenny served as executive vice president, division manager and general counsel and corporate secretary for City National Bank.
