Prosecutor Seeks to Try Abduction Case First
A prosecutor said that Nevada has the strongest case and should get first crack at trying a former Baptist school principal from Indiana on charges he kidnapped and sexually assaulted an 11-year-old Indiana girl.

The prosecutor spoke after an initial Las Vegas Justice Court hearing was postponed for 24 hours because of a “jurisdictional custody issue” with federal authorities.
