Overton Moore Properties Names Marketing Executive

H. Rooney Dashbach has joined Overton Moore Properties in Los Angeles as senior vice president of marketing. Dashbach was formerly senior vice president of marketing at Trammel Crow Co., where he represented AMB Property Corp., GE Capital and Bristol Group.

Kosmot Partners

Ross S. Selvidge has joined Kosmot Partners as senior vice president. Selvidge was an economist for Los Angeles real estate consulting firm PCR Kotin. He also was a part-time faculty member of the USC school of policy, planning and development.

Deloitte & Touche

Deloitte & Touche appointed Thomas Hughes as a director in its forensic and investigative services practice for the Pacific Southwest. Hughes, who was with the FBI for 27 years, will focus on anti-fraud consulting and fraud investigations for the firm’s clients. He will be based in the Los Angeles office.
