* Depeche Mode, a band that has long enjoyed intense fan loyalty in Southern California, will perform at the Arrowhead Pond on Aug. 18. Tickets go on sale Sunday. The band’s Aug. 14 and 15 shows at Staples Center are already sold out. . . . Sugar Ray, featuring lead singer Mark McGrath, above, with special guests Uncle Kracker and the Start, performs at Universal Amphitheatre on July 18.
