These unnerving times make it even more important to acknowledge and celebrate the good things. With the holidays coming up, this is the time to share a glass of Champagne with family and friends. One special bottle is Laurent-Perrier’s non-vintage brut rose. The color is a ravishing coppery pink. Made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes, it carries the delicate scent of rose petals, toast, and raspberry and has enough character to carry it from aperitif all the way to the turkey. Think of it as a great rose wine with a filigree of fine bubbles. To show its best, drink it from proper Champagne flutes.
