Toibb Enterprises bought the 298,000-square-foot Lakewood Marketplace at Woodruff Avenue and South Street in Lakewood for $31 million from BHI-Dover VII. Brian Forster and Lee Ann Sichel of Told Partners represented the buyer. The seller was represented by Reza Etedali and Aaron Bettencourt of Sperry Van Ness.

Bascom Group of Irvine bought the 165-unit Pinetree Townhomes apartment complex at 9200 Monte Vista Ave. in Montclair for about $14.7 million. The seller, Jonathan’s Landing, was represented by Neil Schimmel of Investors Management Group.

Ephram Nehme bought the 26,697-square-foot Trabuco Marketplace shopping center at 21602-21702 Plano Trabuco Road in Trabuco Canyon from Trabuco Marketplace for $8.4 million. The seller was represented by Barbara Sykes, Reza Etedali and Fouy Ly of Sperry Van Ness. The buyer was represented by Ed Principe and Margie Jones of 222 Commercial Group.

Art Stan Investments bought an 84,960-square-foot industrial building at 9121-9129 Cherry Ave. in Fontana from Master Halco Inc. for about $6.4 million. Dan Knudson and Ken Hulbert of Daum Commercial Real Estate represented the seller. The buyer was represented by David Freitag, also of Daum.

Bixby Land Co. bought a 68,708-square-foot office building at 14700 Hoover Ave. in Westminster from Sares Regis Group for $6.3 million. The buyer and the seller were represented by Gary Stache, Mark Larson, Brad Bierbaum, Bob Goodmanson and Brian DeRevere of CB Richard Ellis.

Burke Calle Perfecto bought two buildings totaling 52,677 square feet at 32901 and 32921 Calle Perfecto in the Capistrano Business Center in San Juan Capistrano from Capistrano Associates for $4.4million. The seller was represented by John Sullivan of Lee & Associates. The buyer was represented by Mike Baker and Guy La Ferrara, also of Lee.

Bexel Corp. signed a five-year, $4.2-million lease for 42,000 square feet of office space at 801 S. Main St. in Burbank. Bexel was represented by Bryan Lewitt of Cresa Partners. The landlord, Burbank Production Plaza, represented itself.

Southern California Orthopedic Institute signed a 10-year, $3.5-million lease for 12,000 square feet at 375 Rolling Oaks Drive in Thousand Oaks. The tenant was represented by Bryan Lewitt of Cresa Partners. The landlord, ABH Oaks Inc., was represented by Michael Slater and Tom Dwyer of CB Richard Ellis.

Harbor Field Holdings bought a 27,797-square-foot industrial building at 9 Whatney in Irvine Spectrum from Morgan-Alton Ltd. for $3.4 million. Christine Bowen and John Matus of Lee & Associates re-presented the seller. The buyer was represented by Vince Kagawan of Pinnacle Real Estate.
