Off-Duty Officer Faces DUI Charge in Death

A car driven by an off-duty corrections officer who allegedly was driving drunk hit a disabled vehicle and killed its driver as he worked on the vehicle, police said.
Officer Sean Duffy was charged with driving while intoxicated and other charges were pending, Police Sgt. Marian Mussina said.
The death came less than two months after a New York City police officer who allegedly was driving drunk was charged in the deaths of four members of one family.
