Medical Experts, Sheriff to Speak on Terrorism

A seminar on the medical effects of terrorism will be from 9 a.m. to noon today at City Hall.
Among the panelists will be experts on bioterrorism, nuclear and chemical attacks, and emergency medical procedures.
Also, Orange County Sheriff Michael S. Carona will speak about the steps law enforcement agencies are taking to prevent attacks.
The free public event, sponsored by Rep. Dana Rohrabacher (R-Huntington Beach) and the Orange County Medical Assn., will be in City Council chambers, 2000 Main St.
