Apartment Investments Focus of Conference

More than 40 experts on the apartment industry will examine how apartments have performed as an investment and will explore the outlook for the industry at the Real Estate Conference Group’s annual apartment market conference Sept. 24 at the Westin Century Plaza Hotel in Los Angeles.
Keynote speakers will be W. Dean Henry, president of Legacy Partners Residential Inc., one of the West’s largest developers of apartments; and R. Scot Sellers, chairman and chief executive of Denver-based Archstone Communities, a real estate investment trust that owns and develops apartments.
The conference will include speakers from a broad spectrum of companies involved in apartment development, financing and acquisitions. Panel discussions will focus on energy, economics, finance, investing, development, brokerage and technology.
