USTA Eyeing Changes
Patrick McEnroe, the U.S. Davis Cup captain, is expected to become head of player development for the United States Tennis Assn., a source said.
McEnroe has been given high marks for his visibility and ability to step up the plans to include the younger generation of players in the Davis Cup pipeline. He will oversee a staff that is likely to include Paul Annacone, longtime coach of Pete Sampras.
