From Times Staff Reports
An entertainment industry publicist pleaded not guilty to 26 counts stemming from a crash outside a Southampton nightclub that injured 16 people.
A grand jury declined to indict Elizabeth Grubman on a charge of intentional assault with depraved indifference. She is free on $25,000 bail, pending an Oct. 15 court date.
She still faces second- and third-degree assault, vehicular assault and leaving the scene of an accident charges--all felonies--and driving under the influence, a misdemeanor.
