Notes: Annika Sorenstam, the tour leader with six victories and $1,666,306, is skipping the elite event for tournament winners from 1999-01 and active Hall of Famers ....Se Ri Pak is returning after a five-week break.

Last year: Jim Thorpe won for the second consecutive week, shooting a course-record 62 en route to a tournament record 21-under 195 total. Ed Dougherty finished second, two strokes back.
Last week: Bruce Lietzke won for the second time in seven senior starts, beating Gary McCord and Allen Doyle by three strokes in the SAS Championship.
Notes: Bruce Fleisher leads the money list with $2,243,757, followed by Allen Doyle ($2,218,542).
