Syndicated Office Signs $40-Million Lease

In what is believed to be the largest office lease agreement in Orange County in two years, the Syndicated Office Systems subsidiary of Tenet Healthcare Corp. signed a 10-year, $40-million lease for 150,000 square feet at Trammell Crow Co.’s Arena Corporate Center next to the Arrowhead Pond in Anaheim. Syndicated Office will move its headquarters from Santa Ana in 2003.

The 383,250-square-foot Arena Corporate Center is expected to be completed in late 2002, said John Harty of Trammell Crow. Trammell Crow is developing the center on behalf of Riggs Bank as trustee for the Multi Employer Property Trust and Kennedy Associates Real Estate Counsel.

Harty represented Arena Corporate Center in lease negotiations, along with Liz Hurley and Craig De Miranda, also of Trammell Crow. The tenant was represented by Mark Friend of CB Richard Ellis.
