Manson Is Denied Parole for the 10th Time

Mass murderer Charles Manson was refused parole Wednesday for the 10th time at a hearing he refused to attend because he didn’t want to wear shackles on his wrists. Manson, 67, will have to wait five more years for another hearing.
He was convicted of masterminding two nights of terror in 1969 that shocked the nation.
