SonicWall CEO Resigns After Less Than a Year

SonicWall Inc. said Chief Executive Cosmo Santullo resigned from the company and its board after less than a year as head of the provider of Internet-security products and services. Bill Roach, senior vice president of partners, alliances and strategic accounts, was named interim CEO

Santullo and his family have decided to stay in Massachusetts rather than remain with the Sunnyvale, Calif.-based company. SonicWall shares fell 2 cents, to $4.70, on Nasdaq.
