Update--The Sparks are coming off an emotional 67-64 loss to Houston Thursday night, and first place in the Western Conference is still to be decided. Last year Utah ended Los Angeles’ league-record 18-game winning streak at the end of the season in the Delta Center. The Starzz are locked in third place; even if they tie Los Angeles in the standings, the Sparks won the season series and own the tiebreaker. The Starzz end the regular season with games Sunday at Seattle and Monday against Sacramento, then wait to see who they will host in the opening game of the first playoff round.
