Ted Williams’ children are fighting over his bats.

Claudia Williams complained to a Florida judge that her brother, John Henry Williams, persuaded their father to cut her out of the family business that included ownership of 2,000 autographed bats, the Boston Herald reported Sunday.

The complaint came weeks before Claudia agreed with her brother’s decision to keep the remains of their father, who died July 5, cryonically preserved in an Arizona lab. Their sister, Bobby-Jo Williams Ferrell, is fighting them over those plans.
