Prevent Child Abuse
Re “Caring for Addicts’ Children,” Aug. 10: Parents who place their children in emotional and physical danger by creating drug dens, like parents who are convicted of the production or possession of child pornography, should be sterilized before receiving any treatment, before serving any sentence and before being released back into communities they did their best to destroy the first time around.
