Male Audience Favors Football Over ‘Girls’

We’re told that the abysmal ratings for the quickly canceled “Girls Club” came despite its being heavily promoted by Fox during the World Series (“Girls Club Is Canceled by Fox,” Oct. 30).

Um, I’m no expert or anything, but seems to me that believing an overwhelmingly male, sports-obsessed audience is going to pass up “Monday Night Football” for a show about a bunch of women lawyers is delusional.
