Three Injured as Car Crashes Into Bus Shelter
Westminster police are still trying to determine what caused a motorist to crash into a bus shelter in Little Saigon on Saturday afternoon, sending three people to the hospital with broken bones and other serious injuries.
The accident occurred shortly before 1 p.m. at the intersection of Bolsa Avenue and Moran Street.
“We’re still trying to sort out what happened,” said Westminster Police Sgt. Tom Broderson. “We’ve been getting conflicting reports.”
The driver was uninjured. No charges have been filed, and Broderson said the investigation would resume Monday.
