From Times Wire Reports
The Supreme Court reaffirmed a decision that let a Jewish group display a menorah in Cincinnati earlier this month.
Justices rejected the city’s arguments that it should be allowed to stop all private groups from using Fountain Square during the holidays.
Justice John Paul Stevens issued a stay last month that kept the city from enforcing its ban.
After Stevens intervened, Chabad of Southern Ohio put up a menorah during Hanukkah.
The full Supreme Court refused to erase Stevens’ stay.
