Liaison to Congress Latest Bush Aide to Quit

President Bush’s chief liaison to Congress, Nicholas Calio, told White House colleagues that he is returning to the private sector.
Calio, who is the latest top aide to resign, is credited with shepherding Bush’s education overhaul and $1.35-trillion tax cut through Congress last year.
