Pepperdine (14-6, 7-0) at Loyola Marymount (9-12, 2-5), 5, Fox Sports Net 2, KXLU-FM (88.9), KPLS (830)--Loyola has lost seven consecutive games to Pepperdine, including Wednesday’s 84-59 West Coast Conference blowout at Firestone Fieldhouse. Pepperdine has a nine-game winning streak and is in first place in the WCC. Glen McGowan had 17 points, Jimmy Miggins 15 and Boomer Brazzle 13 for Pepperdine against Loyola.

UC Irvine (15-6, 8-2) at Cal State Fullerton (4-15, 1-9), 7, Channel 56, KUCI-FM (88.9)--Irvine guard Jerry Green is primed to become the school’s all-time leading scorer in a Big West Conference matchup between the first-place Anteaters and last-place Fullerton. Green had 20 points in a 72-64 victory over UC Riverside Thursday, giving him 1,778 in his career, tying the record set by Tod Murphy in 1982-86. Fullerton forward Pape Sow scored 27 points in the Titans’ 77-60 loss to Long Beach State Thursday.

Long Beach State (7-14, 3-7) at UC Riverside (6-12, 3-7), 7, KRLA (870), KPRO (1570), KUCR-FM (88.3)--Long Beach got its first road victory Thursday when the 49ers defeated Fullerton behind a career-high 30-point performance from senior forward Travis Reed. Riverside led Irvine by four points with 6:25 left, but the Highlanders were outscored, 17-5, down the stretch.
