Jim Lefler has been promoted to president and chief operating officer of Andrew L. Youngquist Construction of Costa Mesa. Andrew Youngquist will remain chairman and chief executive of the real estate development and construction company.

Bob Mitchell has joined Los Angeles-based nutritional supplement marketer Herbalife International as vice president of Internet business development. He is a former president of RSMedia Partners.

Lisa Wilson has been named president of distribution at Splendid Pictures, a Los Angeles-based film and TV production company that was formed from the January merger of Splendid Median of Germany and Cutting Edge Entertainment.

David Imhoff has been promoted to senior executive vice president, worldwide licensing and merchandising at New Line Cinema. The film production company also promoted Marianne Dugan to director, domestic licensing and merchandising.

Christina Brown has been promoted to vice president, finance at Columbia Tristar International Television.
