Restaurant Operator Files for Chapter 11
San Diego-based Steakhouse Partners Inc. filed for reorganization under Chapter 11 of the U.S. Bankruptcy Code last week, company officials said.
Steakhouse Partners is the parent company of Paragon Steakhouse Restaurants Inc., Paragon of Nevada, Paragon of Michigan and Paragon of Wisconsin, all of which also filed for bankruptcy reorganization under Chapter 11.
Steakhouse Partners plans to complete its bankruptcy organization by the end of fiscal year 2002, according to company statements.
