Driver’s Ed
Just as annoying as the drivers who fail to signal a left turn (“A Good Turn Involves a Signal,” letters, Feb. 16) are the drivers who fail to pull into the intersection while waiting for a break in the oncoming traffic. So many of them wait with their car barely into the intersection, thus preventing a second car from making a turn on the same light. Drivers should pull into the center of the intersection, making it possible for a second car to enter also.
