Trojans Get an Easy Victory

Aisha Hollans had 23 points and 13 rebounds Friday night, helping USC defeat Washington State, 87-66, at Pullman, Wash.
Rachel Woodward scored 15 points, Kim Gipson added 12 and Carmen Krause and Ryane Alexander each had 10 for the Trojans (8-6 overall, 4-1 Pacific 10).
Washington State is 2-12, 0-4.

Washington 86, UCLA 53--Loree Payne became the 17th player in school history to score 1,000 career points as the Huskies (8-5, 3-1) won a Pac-10 game at Seattle.
Shalada Allen’s career-high 16 points led UCLA (4-9, 1-4).
No. 20 Colorado State 71, Loyola Marymount 57--Angie Gorton scored 20 points as the Rams beat the Lions at Fort Collins, Colo.
Kate Murray scored 18 points for Loyola (8-5) and Bryn Britton added 11 to become the school’s leading career scorer with 1,443 points.

Shareese Grant scored 22 points for No. 24 Old Dominion (7-4, 4-0) in a 108-46 Colonial Athletic Association victory over Virginia Commonwealth (3-9, 0-3) at Norfolk, Va.... Amanda Wolke scored a career-high 25 points to lead Louisville (9-5) to a 71-65 victory over No. 25 Cincinnati (11-1) in a Conference USA opener at Louisville.
