Pastor Nominated for City Ethics Panel

City Atty. Rocky Delgadillo on Thursday nominated the Rev. Cecil L. “Chip” Murray to serve on the city’s Ethics Commission.
If approved by the council, Murray--pastor of Los Angeles First African Methodist Episcopal Church--will replace secession supporter David Flemming on the five-member panel. Flemming, who Delgadillo placed on the commission last year, quit about a month ago.
