Next Year, This Cup’s for You, Philippe!

I just wanted to be the first to congratulate Philippe Boucher and the Dallas Stars for winning the Stanley Cup next year.

I mean, all players have to do is play for the Kings for a bit and then leapfrog to a team that’s serious about winning the Cup.

The Kings obviously enjoy either getting rid of players who are “too good to keep” or they get players who won a ring years ago with another team.

Hey, Ziggy and Allison, just keep playing well and when your contracts are up, thank the heavens, because your names are going to be on Lord Stanley’s Cup.

Trust me, I know what I’m talking about, because I’ve been a Kings’ fan for 28 of my 35 years.
