Homestore Settles Suit With Bargain Network

Homestore Inc. settled a lawsuit that claimed real estate listings were taken from its Realtor.com Web site by Bargain Network.

Westlake Village-based Homestore said it would dismiss the suit in exchange for Bargain Network’s agreement to stop collecting and displaying the listings.
