A Most-Wanted Fugitive Among 3 Brothers Held

Federal marshals arrested three brothers in South Philadelphia, including one of the government’s 15 most-wanted fugitives, in connection with homicides and drug violations in Washington, D.C. The men were arrested at a row house where they were staying, and were identified as Musa Muhammad Mahdi, 27, a New Jersey native on the U.S. marshals’ most-wanted list, and his brothers Nadir M. Mahdi and Rahammad M. Mahdi.
The three were among 16 people named in a 324-count federal indictment charging murder, criminal narcotics conspiracy, armed robbery, assault and kidnapping.
