Shuttle Crew Prepares to Dock With Space Station
From Times wire reports
The crew of space shuttle Endeavour spent their day chasing the international space station and preparing for their arrival.
The shuttle launched Wednesday from Florida’s Kennedy Space Center on a 40-hour pursuit of the space station complex that should end with a docking shortly after noon today.
Three of Endeavour’s crew will remain on the station after a week of joint operations. The current station crew, in orbit since early December, will return to Earth on the shuttle, ending a record tour.
